Loreena Loreena means crowned in laurel My parents named me Loreena because my parents liked the Irish singer Loreena Mckennitt but I was not named after this singer.

Maire Irish for bitter I was named Maire because of my Irish heritage. My parents wanted to use the traditional Irish spelling. It took me many years to even learn how to spell this name and the first time I spelled it correctly was when I was on the beach in Mexico when I was about 11 and writing my name in the sand on the beach

Cain This last name is short for McCain this last name comes from The Isle of Man and was Americanized when my ancestors came across the ocean during the potato famine. My Moms Maiden name is McNamara and her family also came from Ireland around the same time as the McCain family.

My Nickname My nickname is Candy Cain I got this nickname on the third day of school when my friends and I where making up nicknames for all of us. This nickname is not the traditional spelling of candy cane because we got this nickname from my last name.
