Background Information Grace is the only complete studio album by Jeff Buckley, released on August 23, 1994.Jeff Buckley Grace is the second track out of 10 on the album of the same title. Jeff Buckley was born on November 17th, 1966 and died May 29, Tragic death: While awaiting the arrival of his band from New York, he drowned during a spontaneous evening swim — fully clothed — in the Wolf River, when he was caught in the wake of a passing boat. His body was found on June 4, 1997.

Jeff Buckley wrote his first song at the age of 13. His songs explores complex themes of love, inner strife, and separation. His lyrics are sharply-focused, whilst revealing simple truths about the human psyche. He was primarily a solo artist...until ‘Grace’. Background Information

Jeff Buckley grew up singing in the car with his mother, a classically-trained pianist and cellist. At the age of five, he discovered his grandmother's guitar and began to teach himself to play.
