Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) Engineering Planning Grant Program

Overview EFC and DEC offering grants to help municipalities pay for an engineering report for their wastewater treatment facility. Up to $30,000 per award 20% local match required

Applicant Eligibility Requirements Must be a municipality; AND Have a municipal population of less than 30,000; AND Have a municipal median household income (MHI) of equal to or less than $55,000

Project Funding Grant awards will be made in two payments: 1.50% of grant amount upon execution of grant agreement; 2.Remaining 50% when engineering report has approved by EFC and DEC.
