☺H☺H☺H☺HI! We come from Portugal; our town is Matosinhos and our school is in Perafita, which is 12 km away from Porto, the second biggest portuguese city.

We’ve got many reasons to be proud of our country. Perafita, the village, is filled with many gardens and green spaces. It’s not a big village but it’s near the beach. On the beach, we’ve got the “symbol” of Perafita a monument that is called “Obelisco da Memória”.
Perafita is part of a larger town, Matosinhos well-known by the fishing docks and famous beaches. Porto, the 2nd biggest city of Portugal involves several cities: among them Matosinhos and Perafita. This city has a great historical value. It’s mostly known by Portwine which is all over the world. Another important feature of this city are our seven bridges over the Douro river. One of them was designed by Gustave Eiffel.
We are very proud of our beautiful town, not only because of its monuments, but also because of the people. Portugal is also very well - known because of our people. Other countries describe the Portuguese people as friendly, humble and helpful.
As portuguese teenagers, we love to hang out together with our friends in our lovely beaches and get to know better our history which is very vast and very important.
We cherish all our good moments spent as a teen group. We’ve got 10 students involved in this COMENIUS project, not all of them were able to be here representing our country, but if it wasn’t for all their work, effort and commitment we wouldn’t have this presentation to show you today, which we hope you like.
We all think that it has been a fabulous experience, co-working with other schools in this project. We all think that it has been a fabulous experience, co-working with other schools in this project. We’ve enjoyed ourselves through all this process and we hope this work may reflect that. We’ve enjoyed ourselves through all this process and we hope this work may reflect that.
