Did you ever go to a waterpark?

4-Hinnovators, your team’s challenge is: Safety is an important issue for farmers. Farmers must maintain not only their equipment like trucks, tractors, and combines, but also roads and bridges on their property. If a bridge cannot hold a load of grain, farmers could lose valuable equipment, crops and maybe their own lives. Your challenge is to build a model bridge that would be strong enough to hold a load of grain in the middle of the bridge (modeled by one cup of pennies). Don’t forget to think about the forces of compression and tension. Will you help? 4-Hinnovators, your team’s challenge is: Safety is an important issue for farmers.
