Emergency Service Standards Stage 4 is the pace required to successfully complete level 5.5 on the FitCO Stage 7 is the pace required to successfully complete level 7 on the PREP Stage 9 is the pace required to run 5Km in a time of 25 minutes (perfect score for women)
Emergency Service Standards Stage 11 is the pace required to score perfect on the women’s Fit Pin 20 meter shuttle run (level 9.5) Stage 12 is the pace required to run 5 Km in a time of 22 minutes (perfect score for men) Stage 13 is the pace required to run 1.5 miles in a time of 10:35 ( Fit Pin perfect score for women)
