She found out her husband was dead Mr. Vios helped her the rest of the way downstairs. things to consider Wife having an affair with Mr. Vios Mr. Note seemed nervous in police interview but seems to really care about Mr. Ano Nurse Bimbeaux checked on Mr. Ano’s once before going to bed (all was OK) 10:45PM Nurse took sleeping pills (did not wake up again until morning) 6:45AM Mrs. Digger & Mr. Vios were seen drinking together Mrs. Digger & Mr. Vios make fun of Nurse Bimbeaux Nurse Bimbeaux found Mr. Ano and called 911 (I believe she had her cell phone but with the panic of finding Mr. Ano after calling 911 she dropped it.) Text in cell phone I believe was staged to make Nurse look guilty

Things to consider Car accident was in 2000 (Was probably first attempt on his life) - 7 years earlier however since then the wife was added to Mr. Ano’s Will so I don’t believe she would be dumb enough to try to kill him again. 7 years earlier the nurse was not with Mr. Ano. Only one’s at this point to suspect are the business partners and his wife.
