 Their music is what we would call classical.  Some instruments they used were Cornets, wooden trumpets, wooden flutes and others.  Music was scarce, only a small amount of people knew how to play an instrument.  Music was mostly made by monks it was mainly based on Christianity.

The art in the middle ages was mostly used for religious purposes. Many citizens couldn’t read so instead of a written history people looked at pictures of what had happened. There was many different types of art due to all of the different cultures.
