Elementary Education Major University of St. Francis IFE Block Fall 2011

 I have wanted to be a teacher since I was a little girl.  My mother is my hero and my inspiration.  I have one brother named Eric who is 22 and a puppy named Tiki.  My dad is my biggest supporter and fan.  I love to sing and be with my friends.  I cannot wait to teach, and I am hoping to teach first grade  Reading/Language Arts has always been my favorite subject in school.  My BFE was a wonderful teaching experience. I was in a Plainfield school in a first grade classroom.

-Along with my major in Elementary Education, I have also decided to endorse in Middle School. Therefore, I am certified to teach K-9 with my degree. -I also have worked on campus as a Saints Ambassador, which allows me to work on campus events and give tours to prospective students.

 I would like to….  Make a difference in children’s lives  Be a strong support system for both my students and my colleagues  Stay focused on my plans and implement them with success  Enjoy each new experience I have in my future classrooms  Have fun!
