When did he live? Born:- 500 AD Died :- March 1st 589 AD His exact birth date is uncertain, Born:- 500 AD Died :- March 1st 589 AD His exact birth date is uncertain, Where was he born? St David was from Caerfai, Pembrokeshire, Wales and he lived in the town of St David, which was named after him.

What did he look like?

How did St David become a Saint? St David made the Welsh church independant from the English church. He also helped the poor, and disabled people to become able again. St David stood on the ground and it raised which created a new hill. People believed he had magical powers and therefore he became the patront Saint of Wales.

Did he have any features? Saint david had a white dove as his emblem as it was seen on his shoulder at the miracle of the hill rising.
