Honeywell Analysis WG (May 22-23, 2000)13 Final Remarks Improvements are needed in the management of system eccentricities. There is evidence of computer round-off, truncation, or computational errors from North, East, Up eccentricities to XYZ. Still confusion with the Zimmerwald and San Fernando system reference point. Should the constraint codes be standardized? The epoch references in the different SINEX blocks need some work.
