March 26, 2015 Initial Investigation in the deaths of: Simon Perry Evans Peyton Charles Wilson (“Piggy”) William Paul Taylor (“boy with birthmark”)

Purpose of the Investigation Determine who is at fault for the deaths. The accused boys cannot be tried as adults; however, parents of the boys who died want closure. Justice must be served and community protected from possible future harm. “The defects of the society can be traced back to each individual within that society.”
