2 Fast Track into Information Technology Registered charity funded by the ICT industry and Irish government Dedicated to helping people within disadvantaged communities progress through access to ICT training and subsequent employment Active promoter of IT literacy, digital inclusion and innovation in education Successful track record of management of EU funded projects

3 Teachers Competency and Qualifications Framework in the use of ICT’s in education. eTQF is aimed at people working in Education including: senior management in schools, colleges and universities and teachers and tutors. eTQF project aims to enable education providers, teachers and tutors to benchmark ICT skills, identify areas of weakness and plan for improvement through continuous professional development. What is eTQF

4 Self Assessment Tool to measure own competencies in the use of ICT in education and identify the areas where further training or knowledge would be required. eTeach Programme - an ICT training programme in the practical use of the computer for everyday personal and professional purposes. eTeach Community of Practice - an interactive online platform that educational managers, teachers and tutors can use to support each other through the exchange of ideas around the use of ICT’s in education.
