April 2, 2015 introduction to poetry Homework: H ave an AWESOME Spring Break! :) Objective I can evaluate the impact of rhyme scheme on a poem's meaning. Warm Up: Get your IR book from the back counter. You will need this for after the vocabulary quiz. Move your desks away from each other and clear your desk of everything, but your IR book (to be used as a cover sheet).

Be sure to write your answers in CAPITAL LETTERS on your vocabulary quiz. When you are done, turn it in face down on the blue stool. Then turn to pg. 204 in your IR book. Read the section entitled HOW CAN WORK AFFECT OUR LIVES? and then write your answers in the sidebar under INTERESTING JOBS and JOB CHARACTERISTICS. We will discuss once everyone is finished.
