Click on Department Master and Define the Departments

Click on Designation Master and Enter the Designations

Click on Employee Definition

Define Level wise Employee for example : Define 1 st Level as Managing Director

Define 2 nd Level as Director and Select Report To option as Level 1 st Managing Director like define below Levels.

Define 3 rd Level as Manager Sales and Select Report To option as Level 2 nd or 1 st Director or Managing Director like define below Levels.

Fill Mandatory Fields and if Telecaller Executive then tick Is Telecaller option click on Save button

Here you will find list of employees

Click on Product Master and Enter the Products

Here we can see Product Names

Click on Telecaller Lead Generation

Telecaller will enter the Sales Call and click on Save button

Click on Sales Call Data Entry

Enter the Sales Call and click on Save button

Click on Prospects

Here you will find list of Prospects and can transfer the call to Sales Executive

Select Sales Call Status as Order Done

Fill the Order Details

Click on Save Button

Click on Sales Schedule

Here you will find list of Sales Schedule

Click on MIS Reports

Click on Sales Call Details

Click on Call for Allocation
