- WP1 – Overview of the European and Country- specific Sign and Signal Safety Regulations in the Field of Wood Industry; - WP2 – Training Methodology for the System of Safety and Health Signs and Signals in Wood Industry; - WP3 – Design of a Training Module Based on Case Studies;

- WP4 – Development of Interactive Multimedia Product and Manual; - WP5 – Training of Targeted Groups and Products Testing; - WP6 – Dissemination and Exploitation; - WP7 – Project Management and Administration; - WP8 – Quality and Evaluation Plan.

- WP1_A0 Partner meeting in Bulgaria; - WP1_A1 European and country-specific sign and signal safety regulations in the field of Wood industry; - WP1_A2 Specific legislation connected with safety and health signs and signals in the field of Wood industry.

- WP2_A1 General requirements concerning safety/health signs and signboards at work; - WP2_A2 General requirements concerning safety/health signals at work;

- WP2_A3 Characteristics of common risks related to safety/health signs and signals; - WP2_A4 Methodology and training modules on the basis of the information obtained.

- WP3_A1 Case studies related to the European safety standards in wood industry; - WP3_A2 Case studies related to safety/health signs and signboards at work, common risks;

- WP3_A3 Case studies related to safety/health signals at work, common risks; - WP3_A4 Design and printing of the training module.

- WP4_A1 Analyzing the collected data and selection of the material to be included in the interactive multimedia product and manual; - WP4_A2 Design and production of the interactive multimedia product and manual.

- WP5_A1 Organization of the training workshops for each target group by country; - WP5_A2 Conducting the workshops in the partner countries; - WP5_A3 Testing the products of the project during the workshops.

The following dissemination activities should be carried out for each WP: - Power Point presentation of the project; - Project website; - Contacts with media;

- Network of targeted contacts; - Information brochure; - Wide audience informed; - Multimedia product and manual disseminated; - Training conducted; - Professionals and decision makers made aware of the training practices.

- General Project Management Approach; - Partner Roles and Responsibilities.

Quality Management (QM) The success of QM is based on: - Adherence to the Quality Plan and procedures as defined; - Commitment to quality standards by all engaged in the project.

Quality Plan (QP) The QP defines the activities that will ensure that: - Overall quality is carried out effectively; - Quality control mechanisms are adequately planned; - Plans are fulfilled, amended and updated according to changing circumstances.

- Review of the European and country-specific regulations concerning safety and health signs and signals in Wood industry; - Analysis of the obtained information; - Training methodology;

- Training modules; - Training module based on case studies; - Interactive multimedia product for e-learning; - Manual; - Training workshops; - Testing the project products;

- Power Point presentation of the project; - Project website; - Information brochure; - Press releases, articles, reports, etc. on the project; - Presentation of the project at national and international events.
