X-rays Allysa Lujares Maddie Clark

X-rays X-rays have wavelengths between 10 7 meters and meters. X-rays have frequencies between 3x10 16 Hz and >10 20 Hz. X-rays are between Ultraviolet and Gamma rays in the Electromagnetic Spectrum.

The Uses of X-rays X-ray machines (medicine) Checking baggage in the airport Crystallography-A science that deals with the forms and structures of crystals. Spectroscopy- A production and investigation of spectra. Checking for dieases

What can see X-rays? Humans cant because,it’s not in our color spectrum. X-ray telescopes can detect the X-rays.

X-rays damaging Humans X-rays can damage or kill a pregnant woman’s baby or make the heart stop causing blood stop flowing and cause blood clots in the brain, stroke and heart attack.

The Discovery of X-rays X-rays were discovered in Nov.8,1895. Its was discovered by an image cast from a cathrode ray generator. Wilhelm Conrad Rontgen discovered X-rays as a new form of radiation.
