Customers External—The people who visit or telephone when they need to purchase a product or service Internal—The people or departments that are served by what we do. –Ie. Stock clerk –Copy center

Most customers are very resourceful when it comes to spending their hard-earned dollars.

Customer Service Simply means satisfying customer needs. It is people skills. It’s having to interact with customers in a positive manner.

What is customer service? 1. Answering questions How later are you open this evening? When can I expect to receive my order? Is this blouse machine washable?

What is customer service? 2. Solve ProblemsIssue a refund or exchange for defective merchandise. Recommend a product to kill crabgrass. Expand seating in banquet room to accommodate extra guests.
