Activities Elaboration of the contents of the ICT training module Adaptation of the elaborated contents to the Fenicia Methodology Translation of ICT training module Upload of the ICT training module onto the platform Organisation of the ICT training course Management of the ICT training course Translation of Custmer Care training module Upload of the Custumer Care training module onto the platform Organisation of the Custumer Care training course Definition of the programme for the Business Management Training Course

Elaboration of the contents of the ICT training module Pixel elaborated the contents of the ICT training module for the rural operators. The course is divided into 5 Didactic Units

Adaptation of the elaborated contents to the Fenicia Methodology Pixel took care of the adaptation for the Fenicia Methodology of the contents elaborated for the ICT training module

Translations Pixel took care of the transaltion of the: ICT training module Customenr Care training module

Upload of modules onto the platform Pixel took care of the uploading of the modules onto the platform

Organisation training courses Pixel in cooperation with CIA promote the ICT training course and the Customer Care training course. The ICT training course started on the 12/11/2007 and finished on the 15/01/2008 The Customer Care training course started on the 09/01/2008 and will finish on the 05/03/2008
