2015 Chapter Award Update 2015 Chapter Awards: We have updated the chapter award spreadsheet for clarity. Evidence Submittal. Of course the evidence is just copies of documents that will facilitate managing your chapter in providing superior services to your members. The new Connect site will be used this year for submittals. However we are continuing the much more straightforward submittal process developed two years ago by Ray Jorgensen and described in this document Awards Spreadsheet. 2015 Chapter Award Instructions There is a new spreadsheet form for submitting in There are some changes so please be sure to use the updated spreadsheet form which is on this website. If you have any questions or suggestions please, please contact Tony Gigioli, If you have not already started, we encourage you to download the form now and begin noting your chapter’s activities. Your Sector Directors/designees will assist you getting started. Members of the Chapter Awards and the Keys to Effective Chapters subcommittees of the Chapter and Member Shared Services team are also available to help. 2015 Submission Instructions We encourage you to begin collecting data from chapter activities since they provide valuable metrics to help manage your chapter. This data will then be available to provide in support of submittal for a Chapter Circle Award. It is recommended to include your chapter name in all document titles you submit. The 2015 INCOSE Chapter Circle Awards submissions must completed no later than Pacific Standard Time (GMT - 7) on Sunday, 10 January Submitters Please Note: If you do not see under the Chapter Award Submittals (left side of page), please contact to obtain the correct permissions to this page. Chapter Document Categorization After uploading, complete document categories: Chapter Evaluation Period (2015) Item Date (event date, publication date, posting date, etc) Evidence Linkage – a link to evidence on another site (if used be sure it can be accessed) Evaluation Category – corresponds to categories on evaluation form These selections will automatically create a “folder” for your chapter where you can find your document. Include Chapter Name in Document Name.
