Learning Outcomes By the end of the lesson I will be able to; Talk about my daily routine in detail Use language apps to ensure my grammar is accurate Challenge – Fully extend and justify my answers using connectives, opinions and intensifiers

New Information Big Question; How can you use language apps to speak about your daily routine using accurate present tense? Regardez le clip…

New Information Grade A They initiate and develop conversations and discussions, present information and narrate events. They express and explain ideas and points of view, and produce extended sequences of speech using a variety of vocabulary, structures and verb tenses. They speak confidently, with reasonably accurate pronunciation and intonation. The message is clear but there may be some errors, especially when they use more complex structures

New Information Grade C They take part in conversations and simple discussions and present information. They express points of view and show an ability to deal with some unpredictable elements. Their spoken language contains a variety of structures and may relate to past and future events. Their pronunciation and intonation are more accurate than inaccurate. They convey a clear message but there may be some errors.

Activities You are going to use the MFL apps – verb hub, word reference and sock puppets *Extend your answers as much as possible to include opinions and justifications

Prepare a speech about your daily routine and record it using the ‘sock puppet’ app Take care to check your accuracy when speaking You can either prepare a conversation or a presentation

Demonstrate Watch someone else’s presentation and look again at the mark scheme – which category do they fall into?
