Our Goal Our goal is to provide area office professionals with professional development that is high-quality, proactive and responsive to their needs in order to support their vital role of supporting student success. 1. Are we on the right track? 2. What are next steps?

3 Guiding Pillars 1. Strength Based PD- Intentional focus on how strengths can help one improve & fuel success. 2.
