NITS Implementation FERC Order 676-H Phase I – Non-NITS portion was completed on May 13, 2015 – Scheduling Across Multiple Transmission Systems (SAMTS). This allows a transmission customer to submit requests on multiple Transmission Providers OASIS that are dependent upon each other. Phase II – Currently under development at OATI 2

NITS Implementation (continued) – Key Preliminary Dates 7/25/15: Transmission Providers to post Transition Plan. Posted under “NITS on OASIS” Folder on OASIS page. 10/25/15: Transmission Provider deadline to provide to the existing NITS Transmission Customers the specific information that they intend post on the NITS on OASIS Templates representing the current arrangements. 1/15/16: Deadline to have NITS customers and/or Agent registered in EIR. 3

NITS Implementation (continued) FERC Order 676-H – Key Dates 2/1/16: OATI to release NITS module to DEMO OASIS 2/1/16: OATI training begins and testing 3/1/16: OATI to release NITS module to PROD OASIS 3/25/16: Transmission Provider deadline to post information documenting all existing Network Customer’s arrangements on OASIS using the new OASIS templates. 4/25/16: Compliance date. Transmission Provider shall implement and support all Eligible Customer’s and Transmission Customer’s use of NITS on OASIS. 4
