S.M.A.R.T GOALS

Why Goal If you don’t know where you’re going you might not go there. Many people fail in life not for lack of ABILITY or BRAINS or even COURAGE but simply because they have never organised their energies around a GOAL. No wind is favorable if one does not know to which port one is sailing.

Why Goal Setting Goals… Provide a standard against which you can gauge your progress. Help to choose where you want to go in life. Help to know where you have to concentrate. Differentiates successful from non successful.

S.M.A.R.T. GOALS … for success

S- Specific Goals Well defined Clear Un ambiguous Exactly what to be accomplished What, why and How of goal.

M- Measurable Quantify Track Progress How many, how much, what size,what cost..

A- Achievable Possible Reasonable Attainable Likely to reach success.

R- Realistic Do- able. Satisfying achievement.
