Identify Concern My main concern is getting back into shape and losing a few pounds before softball season.
Set a Goal I want to change my eating habits, and make healthier choices. I want to exercise more.
Form a Plan Who: I’m going to do it by myself and with my softball team. What: I want to lose at least five pounds When: I’m going to do it 4 times a week. On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. Where: I’ll workout at the high school fitness center and the gym. How: Softball will motivate me.
Act I worked on the project for 6 weeks, 3 days per week and followed the plan of action
Follow-Up Starting Weight 180 lbs. Ending Weight 165 lbs. I lost 15 lbs which is more than my goal !
