Single v. Multi-attribute Green products/single attribute include: -- Biobased -- Energy or water efficient -- Recycled -- SNAP – non-ODS Environmentally preferable (can be either) -- EPEAT-registered -- Paint – low/no VOC and/or recycled -- Biobased & non-toxic

Who designates & issues guidance? EPA: recycled, ENERGY STAR, WaterSense, SNAP DOE: ENERGY STAR, FEMP- designated energy efficient (GHG, fleet, renewables) USDA: Biobased CEQ/OMB: Review regulations and guidance before issuance
