RR99 – STRUC with QS Carve Out 5 Business Logic: Short-Term Intra-Day RUC will allow for shorter study length then ID-RUC and give operators the ability to allow or extend commitments with more granularity than one hour; participants may also register Quick-Start resources to not receive commitments from STRUC except when needed for reliability SPP Changes: Markets UI modified to display and API modified to allow for new ST-RUC case type Member Changes: Update systems to accept new case type of ST-RUC sent via the Markets API

RR6/MPRR 151 – Real Time Data Precision 6 Business Logic: Setpoint instructions will be sent to Market Participants with a precision of one decimal place as opposed to the four decimal places it currently sends; allows for resources to respond to dispatch more closely SPP Changes: Market software updated to round Real-Time dispatch MW values to one decimal place Member Changes: None Testing: Members to verify on the Markets UI/API and Settlements Statement the new data precision on the Dispatch Instruction, Setpoint Instruction, Regulation Up/Down Setpoints, and Contingency Reserve Deployment Instructions values Testing Dates: January 11 – 13; Settlements Statements posted week of Jan 18

Issue 4585 – Market Notify Error 7 Defect: Resource Management Tool (RMT) request for notifications with priority of 200, 700, or 800 were not being sent and therefore not displayed on the Markets UI Testing: Market Participants to verify on the Markets UI/API on January 14 and/or January 28 that messages containing priorities of 200, 700, or 800 are viewable on the Markets tab of the Markets UI

Miscellaneous Enhancements and Defect Fixes 8 Testing of the issues listed below is optional and test cases are not provided– please request via RMS any assistance required in testing these items Issue 3226: OOME notifications for NDVERS should always have an INSTRUCTION flag = IGNORE Issue 3776: Asset Owners that did not own any generation were unable to view the Day-Ahead Cleared Transactions display. With this fix, DA Cleared Transactions should be viewable by all AOs Issue 4681: When viewing Real-Time Market Results where an OOME has been applied via the Markets UI, the first interval where the OOME was applied does not display the correct MW value. This issue should now be corrected Issue 4682: When viewing Real-Time Results via the Markets UI, the display only displayed 12 intervals for a given hour and therefore will not display all intervals when an OOME was applied. The UI has been updated to show all intervals Issue 4442: PN type constraints are not returned by the Binding Limits operations
