Bus Duty Assignments Instructions: 1.Will be at the stop sign and will get message from #3 to clear buses once students have loaded. 2.Will be outside of pod F and will monitor traffic flow between pod F and the stop sign. 3.Stand outside of Pod E and monitor traffic flow between pods F and E. 4.Stand outside of Pod D and monitor traffic flow between D and E. 5.Stand and monitor traffic by the last bus that is parked at the bus turnaround (most of the time, it is past the main entrance of the building). 6.Gather students that belong to the late buses and line them up to get them ready for when their bus arrives. 7.This person will follow the same assignment as 6. Use a thumbs up sign to signal to the next person that buses are clear for departure. All teachers are to remain on duty until the last bus clears (including late buses). 1. R. VanGilder 2. Walkers/ Bike Rider Duty Assignments Instructions: 1.Will meet and gather walker students in the cafeteria along with #2. When all students have arrived, you will escort the students to the person that is standing at the flagpole. 2.Will meet and gather walker students in the cafeteria along with #1. Wait until the buses have cleared and walk those students to the next person that should be standing by the main entrance. 4.Wait by the main entrance of the building. The person by the flagpole will be pass on the students to this person and this individual will walk the students to the next person standing outside pod E. 5.Wait outside of pod E. You will receive students from the person who was at the main entrance. Receive the students and walk them to the teacher waiting outside pod F. 6.Wait outside of pod F. You will receive students from the person who was outside pod E. Receive the students and walk them to the teacher that will be standing at the stop sign. 7.Wait at the stop sign. Receive the students from the person who was standing at pod F. Make sure that all buses have cleared the bus turnaround. Once all traffic has cleared the turnaround, release the students and wait until all of them have stepped off campus. Your duty concludes once you have passed on your students to the following teacher. 1.Warhop 2.Toole 3.Mechler 4.Gumkowski 5.Viescas 6.Williams 7.Bedoy

Teachers will leave class on the car rider bell (1 st bell) to help escort car riders to the cafeteria and set up for duty. 2.#1 will direct traffic (cars can only enter according to the arrow shown) 3.#2 will call student names from the cards in the car windows 4.#3 monitor students in the cafeteria (level 0) 5.#4 monitor students and make sure they go to the correct cone 6.#5 monitor students and make sure they go to the correct cone (pick up cones after dismissal) 7.#6 will set up the cones outside and then monitor the doorway 8.#7 will get radios from the office, get out microphone, and then monitor students inside (level 0) 9.When no cars are left (around 4:15) send students to the office to call home and put all materials away.
