Robots and ADHD Question: How can a robot help children/adults with ADHD?

What is ADHD?  ADHD is a disorder that many people have.  ADHD means Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

What are the symptom's of ADHD?  There are many symptoms of ADHD.  “Zoning out "in the middle of a conversation.  Makes it harder for the person to be on track/hearing.

ADHD in children/adults.  Adults with ADHD may have trouble following directions, remembering information, conentrating, and organizing task.  Kids with ADHD may have trouble being still, Squirm and fidget in class.

How many people have ADHD?  Boys (13.2%) were more likely than girls (5.6%) to have ever been diagnosed with ADHD.  Approximately 11% of children 4-17 years of age (6.4 million) have been diagnosed with ADHD as of 2011.

What is the trend of ADHD?  A history of ADHD diagnosis by a health care provider increased by 42% between 2003 and 2011  7.8% had ever had a diagnosis in 2003  9.5% had ever had a diagnosis in 2007  11.0% had ever had a diagnosis in 2011  Average annual increase was approximately 5% per year 

What is the need of ADHD people?  I think they need an app or robot that can make there life easier.  They also use medicine prescribed by a medical doctor.

Facts you need to know about ADHD?  Nearly every mainstream medical, psychological, and educational organization in the United States long ago concluded that Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a real, brain-based medical disorder.  ADHD is a non-discriminatory disorder affecting people of every age, gender, IQ, religious and socio-economic background

How can a app/robot help people?  This app can help people with ADHD to stay on task and remember what there tasks is for the day or week  The robot can help the person by telling what the person has to do for the day or the week. If it is a adult it can help it with direction while driving and they wont get lost.

Introduction to app/robot.  The robot will have voice recognition to support the person. I think it should be something small so you don’t carry a big giant robot to work or school.  The app will be free and it will be on all devices.it will be on the play store and on the app store.
