CDBG special appropriations Public Law (Dec 30, 2005) -- $11.5 billion for CDBG for Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama & Florida for recovery Public Law (June 15, 2006) -- additional $5.2 billion for CDBG HUD authorized to provide waivers and specify alternative requirements
