Jesus Is Greater Than…

There have been many great names in history… Abraham, Jacob, Solomon, Jonah But one name is greater than all of them Philippians 2:5-11

Jesus > Jonah (Matt. 12:41) Jonah’s story (Matt. 12:38-41) God sent him to preach to Nineveh, a Gentile city He tried to run away, but was cast into the sea God appointed a fish to swallow him He spent three days and nights in its belly Jonah prayed, God caused the fish to vomit him out Jonah preached to Nineveh, and they repented Nineveh was spared
