Typically, transactions which handle multiple types of orders are said to be order-type related. For instance, the Receipts transaction can be used to receive Purchase, Transfer or Production Orders. Conversely, transactions which do not handle multiple types of order and said not to be order-type related. For instance, the Write On or Inventory Transfer fall into this category Default Order Type disabled if not supported Enabled if supported

Infor Confidential Transaction Settings All transactions have two settings:- Fill Warehouse – the transaction should prefill the warehouse with the user’s current warehouse Successful Message – the transaction should display a successful message after a successful update If the Transaction is order-type related, the default Order Type should be entered If the transaction is not order-type related but does support the printing of labels, the Label Print Parameter button is enabled

There will never be a scenario where, for a particular transaction, some parameters are retrieved from the generic order type level and some from the warehouse level
