 Why developed?  A tool to developed to assist leaders to be reflective about integrating Aboriginal Ways of Being, Knowing and Doing in the everyday tasks of running schools/districts so Aboriginal students to feel more inclusive, aware, and successful

 What are they?  Indigenized Action Statements and Reflective Questions  Same Belief Statements and Standards from BCPVPA Leadership Standards

 How can they be used?  They can be incorporated into your personal growth plan or school improvement plans

 Future plans...  In the spring we might be looking at piloting the BCPVPA Aboriginal Leadership Standards in 5-6 School Districts (more information to follow)
