 Developing appropriate messages and themes, given the target audience, a set of brand (or corporate values), a set of communication tools and the plan objectives  Select and evaluate appropriate media for the integrated communications plans

The concept under which a company carefully integrates and coordinates its many communications channels to deliver a clear, consistent, and compelling message about the organization and its products.

The specific mix of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, and public relations a company uses to pursue its business and marketing objectives. The marketing communications environment is changing
