Q-Placements Model is based on the assumption that the quality of guidance provided to VET students depends on the communication and cooperation skills of the tutors/mentors both at VET schools and host companies. Therefore, the Q-Placements approach is to offer a unique methodology emphasizing joint training program for tutors from VET schools and mentors from enterprises on how to ensure quality of apprenticeships.
