What is the Handbook? The Western Edge Cluster 2009 VET Operational Handbook consists of two parts; the manual and appendices The manual includes policies and procedures The appendices includes working documents Aims to provide a framework for its members and consistency through use of common forms Reviewed each year by Principals, Facilitator and Coordinators
Memorandum of Understanding The 2009 manual (pages 1-19) acts as the Memorandum of Understanding for Western Edge Cluster members Page 19 lists the signatories – this is signed at the first VET Principals meeting in March 2008 WEC Signatories
