 Have fingers spread out evenly in the middle of the ball.  Place other hand on side of ball to balance.

 Keep hands in place and bring ball up to shoulder.  Keep your elbow under the ball.

 Extend arm fully  Flick wrist and fingers.  The harder you flick your wrist the farter you will be able to shoot.

 The follow through is just as important as the shot itself.  If you don’t follow through, your shot percentage will be very bad.
