Skills development Accelerate delivery of and access to learnerships by unemployed young people Plan, implement, monitor, support and evaluate the achievement of the 2004/5 National Skills Development Strategy (NSDS) targets, including Equity Targets (85% black, 54% women and 4% people with disabilities NSDS quarterly and annual monitoring reports prepared, discussed and used to intervene appropriately NSDS impact studies conducted
