Describe how you gathered information on your performance.(3) Ross Waddell Ross Waddell I gathered information on my performance by completing a skills check list observation schedule. This was a checklist which had various flight rotation and balance skills on it. My partner watched wither I showed limited, some, good or consistently high control and fluency. Mark Donnelly Mark Donnelly To analyse our weakest skill We video recorded our performance and used a model performance observation sheet. When we watched it back for every sub routine we put a tick if we did it right, a cross if we did it wrong or not at all and a question mark if we didn’t know. (b) Discuss why the methods were considered appropriate. (2) Beth Easton Beth Easton This method was appropriate because it gave me a hard copy of results to look back on. I also performed the skill multiple times which meant I got a fair reflection of my performance and could see my strengths and weaknesses.
