What is an interactive whiteboard? A board that interacts with a computer’s desktop when the computer is plugged in Acts as an interactive computer screen that can be viewed by the whole class Come in the forms of SMARTboard,Activboard,eBeam, Mimio, and Webster

What can be done with it in the classroom? Cost Of Smart Boards According to Smart Technologies Inc., a basic Smart Board can be purchased by schools for as little as $ 1,399 with a grant. One of the models, the 3000i rear projection, was introduced in 2005 at the price of $14,999 and with a grant it would cost $11,999. The prices of Smart Boards range from $1,000 and $20,000.
