Subscription Program What is Subscription? Autodesk ® Subscription is a support offering that includes upgrade software, support, and training. Rather than pay for each upgrade separately, Autodesk Subscription customers pay an annual fee that includes access to all software upgrades and Subscription benefits.
Subscription Program Benefits include: Single contract number to manage their software Members-only Web site Expert technical support Self-paced e-learning Specialized feature extensions Selection of downloadable e-courses Exclusive licensing terms Exclusive resources such as product Webcasts, Weblogs, and pre-qualified beta programs.
General Policies Standard subscription term is 12 months, but 24 and 36 months are available (discounts offered for multi-year) Valid address for the Contract Manager (CM), Software Coordinator (SC) and for every registered user on a subscription contract. All subscription entitlements in a contract must have the same end date. (Contracts may be merged to align contract end dates.) Subscription is only available for products on the latest release. When seats are added, the subscription fee is prorated to match the single end date of the contract. Pro-ration is calculated by month, not by day.
Renewal Policies Renewal terms available: 90 days prior to contract expiration 30 days past contract expiration date without penalty or additional charges 364 days after expiration, regardless of version. Expired contracts between 31 to 364 days will be charged a Late Renewal fee for each seat being renewed
