Index ranging from -100 to 100 that measures the willingness of customers to recommend a company's products or services to others. It is used as a proxy for gauging the customer's overall satisfaction with a company's product or service and the customer's loyalty to the brand. Operations Management Employment Outlook- In January, they pull the member list and recent customer (year-to-date purchasers) list. The list is then divided by four. Each quarter, a fourth of the list is invited to take the Employment Outlook survey.

Exam Transition Plan Candidates will have the opportunity to take the 2015 exam in 2016. Since we are making a major change to the exam and Learning System for 2016, we want to be able to help those students currently in the pipeline. Therefore, the 2015 exam will be offered in the first 2 exam windows of 2016 for North America, and the first 3 exam windows of 2016 Rest-of-World The 2016 CSCP exam will overlap the 2015 exams in the second and third windows in North America, and the second, third and fourth windows outside North America (or Rest of World) This gives your students who begin studying with the new 2016 materials time to prepare. Students will be given the opportunity to select the correct exam, for them, when they register. We will have thumbnail pictures of the exam covers, as well as text to guide them to select the exam that they need. Remind your students to check the registration carefully to ensure they select the right exam!

2016 APICS CSCP Exam Computer-based testing globally with Pearson VUE Will contain 150 questions (130 scored), previously 175 questions Will be shortened to 3.5 hours, previously 4 hours Question to APICS Cert Dept We are using Pearson VUE globally for the CSCP exams and there will be exam windows again for the exam in 2016. The primary change to the exam itself is that the amount of time allowed to take the exam will be reduced from 4 hours to 3 ½ hours.
