What our team thought of the programme: Emma Lowe, Senior Dispute Resolution & Intellectual Property Solicitor “Overall, I thought the experience was great. I had no idea what to expect so the programme was a great surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The team breakfast, was better than any expensive team building event I have ever been on – simple yet effective!” Amy Tindall, Senior Commercial Solicitor “The programme was completely different to anything I’d ever received in the workplace. I’ve never worked in a law firm which paid any real attention to employee wellbeing so it was a very refreshing change to be offered anything like this. I really enjoyed the programme and can honestly say it has encouraged me to make changes to my life.” David Le, Corporate & Commercial Solicitor “I wasn’t really sure what to expect but the fact that it was happening at all was positively refreshing and made me feel like my employer actually cares. The programme created a positive atmosphere in the office. It was nice to do something relaxing and new as a team.” Sean Hick, Trainee Solicitor “I was dubious about some of the items on the programme not being taken seriously, but everyone approached the whole week with an open mind and my feeling is that the events ran very well with everyone contributing. “ Pamela Weeks, Marketing Manager “Prior to the sessions, I had some knowledge of some of the subject areas, but none of others, and I think it’s fair to say my expectations were far exceeded. I particularly enjoyed the Mindfulness session and have tried to take some of the learning from it and apply it in my work and home life.” Contact Details Emma Hammond, Solicitor & Head of Employment, Genus Law Carla Forth, Be In Harmony Emma Avhede, Charlotte Underwood, Dianne McLaren – Halsa Wellbeing Jenny Davison, Active-Eat
