21 th CAA Cross-Calibration Workshop Leiden, Netherlands24-26 March ESOC datasets

21 th CAA Cross-Calibration Workshop Leiden, Netherlands24-26 March ESOC Archives  ESOC source datasets contain following files:  Documents in pdf  Digital data in xls or txt  Some datasets are based on a single file that is updated annually  Most digital ESOC files have been converted into CEF by CAA  6 documentation categories of miscellaneous sets of documents  These appear in the normal CAA document area  Weekly and monthly reports are ingested as non-CEF datasets  Dataset listing in caa_stage: Datasets in red have not yet been transferred to CSA

21 th CAA Cross-Calibration Workshop Leiden, Netherlands24-26 March ESOC Anomaly Reports  Reports are available at ESOC Documentation  Only key parameters are listed in order to keep the table concise  Behind ID number there is a link to the anomaly report (in pdf); * indicates the document has not yet been delivered to the CAA  It is expected that the new anomaly reports are forwarded to the CAA once a year

21 th CAA Cross-Calibration Workshop Leiden, Netherlands24-26 March Eclipse Dataset  Source dataset was changed; now the dataset is based on the FD files o C[n]_CP_AUX_ESOC_FD_ECLIPSE o Parameters are  Penumbra_entry (=time_tag)  Umbra_Entry  Umbra_Exit  Penumbra_exit  Duration_eclipse  Duration_umbra  Moon  Umbra  MinAngle DATA_UNTIL=EOF T06:22:14Z, T99:99:99Z, T99:99:99Z, T07:08:49Z,2795,-1,1,0, $ T02:08:00Z, T02:10:10Z, T02:23:31Z, T02:25:42Z,1062,801,0,1, $ T11:07:49Z, T11:09:03Z, T11:34:28Z, T11:35:45Z,1676,1525,0,1, $ T20:09:23Z, T20:10:23Z, T20:42:26Z, T20:43:28Z,2045,1923,0,1,8.9738$ T05:13:02Z, T05:13:55Z, T05:50:19Z, T05:51:15Z,2293,2184,0,1,6.7535$ T14:19:21Z, T14:20:11Z, T14:59:25Z, T15:00:16Z,2455,2354,0,1,4.5260$ T23:26:31Z, T23:27:19Z, T00:08:10Z, T00:08:59Z,0,2451,0,1,2.3114$ T08:32:09Z, T08:32:56Z, T09:14:19Z, T09:15:07Z,2578,2483,0,1,0.1156$ T17:36:50Z, T17:37:37Z, T18:18:32Z, T18:19:21Z,2551,2455,0,1,2.0749$ T02:42:25Z, T02:43:14Z, T03:22:39Z, T03:23:30Z,2465,2365,0,1,4.2719$ T11:49:59Z, T11:50:52Z, T12:27:39Z, T12:28:33Z,2314,2207,0,1,6.4763$ T20:59:13Z, T21:00:11Z, T21:32:50Z, T21:33:50Z,2077,1959,0,1,8.6804$ T06:08:53Z, T06:10:05Z, T06:36:27Z, T06:37:40Z,1727,1582,0,1, $ T15:18:55Z, T15:20:48Z, T15:36:33Z, T15:38:26Z,1171,945,0,1, $ T19:59:51Z, T20:25:00Z, T22:08:50Z, T22:33:46Z,9235,6230,0,1,2.1965$ T04:07:55Z, T04:24:53Z, T07:19:28Z, T07:36:17Z,12502,10475,0,1,0.0910$ T13:05:58Z, T13:29:10Z, T15:26:45Z, T15:49:51Z,9833,7055,0,1,2.0162$

21 th CAA Cross-Calibration Workshop Leiden, Netherlands24-26 March ESOC Archive: Spacecraft Telemetry Mode (TDA)  The mode dataset is currently created from the AUX dataset (1-min resolution); the dataset is called TMMODE  These data are created in HDC and the values are based on RDM/CMDH files although the values are compared with TDA dataset  If there is a difference larger than 1-2 mins between the command giving (CMDH) and the execution time (TDA_MODE file), TMMODE value is corrected  ESOC TDA dataset seems to give a better time resolution although it does not represent the timing of the mode changes because subsystems and instruments are handled individually.  SPEVAL and TDA dataset have somewhat different values and ESOC does not recommend to use TDA values

21 th CAA Cross-Calibration Workshop Leiden, Netherlands24-26 March TC History The printout is made once a year (TBC), so Line number is a running number of command in the given year ESOC recommended to use RDM but it was recognized that long parameter values are truncated, so these data should not be used ESOC SPEVAL output is used to convert the TC history data into CEF where the last parameter gives all the parameters separated by semi-colon Option (TBD): The SPEVAL outputs (ASCII) could be saved as daily non-CEF files in order to keep the structure which may help reading the parameters
