Lasagne Lasagne Bolognese is a typical dish of Emilia Romagna, Bologna. Ingredients: meat (beef and pork) tomato sauce, pasta and bèchamel sauce..

Spaghetti al pomodoro Ingredients: spaghetti, tomatoes, garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil and salt. Cook the pasta in salted water. Wash the tomatoes, cut them out and put them in a pan with oil, garlic and salt. After pouring the basil leaves into the sauce and mix them well together. Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan containing the sauce. And, finally, put the pasta in the pot still hot.
