 Film Industry – Section of the entertainment industry involved in producing and distributing Movies  Music Industry – Companies and individuals who create and sell music.

 Film is a visual form of entertainment that includes actors, directors, and camera crews.  Music is a listening experience most typically created by a single artist or group.

The Greatest Thing about Music is that it can bring people of different ethnicities and religions together Artists like Elvis (left) and Little Richard (right) brought Blacks & Whites together through Rock N Roll

One of the most telling things about film is it has the ability to represent the lifestyle of past generations Film, television specifically, gives of us a window into the past where shows like The Twilight Zone and Leave it to Beaver capture a generation of entertainment

It’s impossible to imagine Movies or television without music, even the first “silent” films had some sort of music. Music and Film have been intertwined by history. Movies wouldn’t be as dramatic, comedic, or dynamic without music, and the music video has etched its way into our culture.

Yet, they are often combined To create art
