Reflect… How do people at work perceive YOU? Ask yourself: Can I be my true self at work? Can I speak up? Can I be myself? Can I be "out"?

Create inclusivity ! One of the hallmarks of an inclusive environment is treating people as individuals rather than preconceived assumptions. It's normal to categorize, but stepping back and consciously not buying into stereotypes helps to create a safe environment.
