In 2001, he was discovered at the H.O.T. CHINA Audition Casting 2001.Han Geng showed his dangcing skill which surprised all the interviewers. Luckily, he was chosen from 9000 excellent competitors and left China for Korea when he was 17.

When he went to Korea alone,he had to receive private lessons.After two years,he became a member of Super Junior, a singing group consists of 13 members.At that time,Han Geng was the only foreign singer in Korea.

When the team received prise,he always insisted on giving the thank-you speech in Chinese on the music festivals. “I consider myself as an ice-breaker between Koreans and Chinese culture. I hope I’m more than a singer to my fans, and I will do my best to demonstrate （示范） to the whole world that Chinese people are excellent in all aspects,” once said Han Geng in an interview. However, things didn’t go well as expected.Due to the nationality-protecting policy in South Korea, Han Geng had to wear a mask when giving public performances during some period of time.But he never gave up,he overcame all the difficulties.

February 2007,Han Geng first competed in domestic interview program.This is his first time together with his domestic fans after his debut （初次登台）.They making the song"The Wings of Love"as his 23 birthday gift for him,which independent lyric and compose by themselves.

Han Geng and his fans are all have a charitable heart.They have helped many people who needed.

In 2008,Han Geng became one of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games torch bearers. He is pride of it.

In the end of 2009,he became a solo singer. In July 2010,he issued his first solo album "Geng Xin" means Han Geng's heart,and held his first vocal concert in Beijing successfully. Now,he is preparing for CCTV Spring Festival Gala
