Restoring a Dartmouth Kinship: Using the same markers, look back annually and identify a number of classmates that you wish to engage or re- engage Using best practices implement individualized communications strategy to connect or reconnect to a particular classmate Measure your outcomes by tracking re- engagement; and provide supports to strengthen restored kinship Implement best practices through class activities to be inclusive and cultivate a community that encourages restoration of kinships
