 January 2010: Contra Costa DCSS Begins Referral of New “Qualified” Support Orders to CACCSPS (EI/DPP Services Provided by MAXIMUS)  February-May 2010: 5 Additional Counties Execute Intergovernmental Agreement With Contra Costa. Begin Referrals of New “Qualified” Support Orders to CACCSPS for EI/DPP Services

 CACCSPS EI/DPP Design Builds on Experience from Monterey DPP and Illinois DPU:  Payment is “Per Order” Referred  EI/DPP Services Provided for 1 Year, Unless “Uncollectible”

 Initial Intensive Reminder and Compliance Process Extended to 120 Days  Cases Continue Being Monitored for Payment after 120 Days  Cases Receive 60 Day “Missed Payment” Compliance Effort (60 Days After Subsequent Delinquency)
